Manage luxury residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Lead project teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the building process
5+ years of Project Management experience in custom residential construction
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
