Requirements

• Ability to work in a cold-storage warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, stretch, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to work in warehouse and dock areas as needed
• Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
• Willingness to perform both custodial and warehouse-support duties

Job Duties

• Clean and maintain warehouse offices
• Clean employee break rooms
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas
• Clean and maintain the areas surrounding the building
• Remove trash and debris
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with dock work as needed
• Sort products and materials
• Break down and wrap pallets
• Repackage products
• Keep warehouse and dock areas organized
• Follow all cold-storage and workplace safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Custodian you will clean and maintain assigned work areas by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, emptying waste containers, restocking supplies, and performing routine facility upkeep. You will help maintain safe, organized, and sanitary environments while following established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.

A Custodian contributes to the daily operation of a facility by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout assigned work areas. This role requires dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating safe environments.

The Custodian uses cleaning equipment, custodial tools, and established procedures to maintain floors, workspaces, restrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces. Consistent performance supports employee well-being and operational success.
