Custodian (Monday - Friday: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm)

SET PAY RATE: $18.24/ Hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator.

What you will do

• Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces 
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces
• Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfaces
• Spot clean carpets and perform floor care as needed
• Assist with furniture setup and breakdown for special events
• Remove snow and ice from walkways (when required)
• Safely use cleaning equipment and supplies
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow all safety policies and contract requirements
