Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in custodial and cleaning operations preferred
• In possession of a valid Black Seal Boiler Operator's license or higher, or must obtain a license within twelve (12) months of the hire date.
• Criminal history background check
• U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status

Shift:Mid-day Shift (10:30 am - 7:30 pm)

Full-time, 12-Month Ramsey Buildings & Grounds Association-Affiliated

Salary Range:

Compensation will be in accordance with the Ramsey Buildings & Grounds Association collective bargaining agreement. The 2026-2027 salary guide range for custodial positions is $46,164 to $56,014.
