Starting Pay:
  • $16 per hour
  • $2 Shift Differential

Location: 910 Elm St, Mckinney, Tx, 75069.

Schedule: 
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8PM - 3AM

Position Overview:

Under direction of the Company Services Supervisor, performs a broad range of custodian duties and manual work in the care and cleaning of the company headquarters building, medical clinic and/or other assigned facilities. Duties include dusting and polishing furniture, emptying trash, sweeping, cleaning surfaces and inspecting cleanliness of buildings.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Performs cleaning duties adhering to approved department procedures and standards.
  • Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.
  • Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.
  • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges and squeegees.
  • Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities.
  • Loads/unloads dishwashers; cleans countertop, coffee equipment, caterings and conference rooms.
  • Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
  • Maintains custodial equipment and supplies; performs preventative maintenance and maintains cleaning chemicals and consumable inventory.
  • May train others and performs related work as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Experience using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and cleaning solutions preferred.
  • Ability to read and write the English language.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motion for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
