CUSTODIAN FACILITIES GROUNDS SUBSTITUTES
PART-TIME FULL-TIME AS NEEDED
DISTRICT WIDE
Performs routine work relating to the maintenance and repair of the school building facilities as assigned. Performs all other related work as required.
Essential duties include:
• General cleaning • Painting • General repairs to plumbing • Electrical • Carpentry • Replacing broken windows • Checking boilers • Groundskeeping • Monitoring supplies
The position requires moderate physical effort. The employee is required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, kneel, walk, sit, speak, and hear, and use hands to operate equipment and use hand tools.
15.00 PER HOUR
