Hunter offers $16.00 as the starting rate with opportunities for advancement in level and pay.
As a Custodian, you will support the cleaning of break areas, bathrooms, and other areas in the daily cleaning schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Observes and follows all safety rules
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as an extension to a normal workday or on weekends, as scheduled
- Use of cleaning supplies and equipment to support facility cleanliness
- May operate a blower to clear leaves and debris from outside break areas
- May operate a machine to administer fuming to clear air particles
- Maintain work area to sustain a clean and orderly environment
- Ability to interact well with personnel throughout the facility
- Other assignments as deemed appropriate by the supervisor.
What You’ll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED is required and 3 months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
