Here's what you'll be doing:
- Executes housekeeping duties to include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, disinfecting areas, etc.
- Plans and performs minor repairs and maintains housekeeping equipment.
- Plans occasional painting of walls and ceilings and is able to use a ladder.
- Removes snow/ice from entrances and walkways.
- Maintains effective communication with Manager and co-workers.
What you'll need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of janitorial experience or related field preferred
- CPR certification may be required
- Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
- FCP complies with all CDC vaccine and testing recommendations for healthcare professionals. Proof of immunizations is required and immunizations/testing provided upon hire.
