SOWELA Technical Community College is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Custodian 1, 2, or 3 in the Facilities and Maintenance department. This role is responsible for performing routine and specialized cleaning duties to maintain campus buildings and facilities. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work and contributes to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the campus community.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Perform custodial duties to maintain clean, safe, and sanitary buildings and grounds.
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, windows, walls, and floors.
Sweep, mop, dust, polish, strip, buff, and wax floors as needed.
Empty trash receptacles and properly use cleaning products and equipment.
Maintain custodial supplies and equipment and assist with inventory activities.
Set up furniture for meetings and events, perform minor maintenance tasks, and report facility repair needs.
