Position: Custodian

Location: Sky Central, located in the historic PNC Tower, Cincinnati, Ohio

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

Pay: $18-$20/hr based on experience + commissions & incentives

What You'll Do

• Keep residential hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, and management office spaces clean and well-maintained.
• Dust furniture and fixtures, sanitize restrooms, and ensure all shared spaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
• Assist with resident events including open houses, resident socials, and other community gatherings as needed.

What You Bring

• At least one year of custodial, janitorial, or facilities support experience, along with a basic understanding of cleaning procedures.
• Ability to safely operate standard custodial tools and, when needed, light landscaping equipment used on the exterior areas.
• Basic computer and/or smartphone skills for communication and work order tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and climb flights of stairs throughout the shift.
• This is a very physically active position and requires the ability to be on your feet and moving throughout the entire workday.
