The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for the successfull direction and coordination of all activities of the CustodialDepartment in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and standards of the Enterprise. The CustodialSupervisor ensures all areas of the facility are maintained with the highest standards of cleanliness at all times.
Skills or Experience Required or Preferred
Excellent communication skills are essential, including verbal, written, and listening skills. Must establish and maintainexcellent working relations with team members, Management, patrons and outside contacts. Skill in solving practicalproblems. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a timely, accurate, and organized manner. Ability to motivate, discipline,and supervise staff. Work in a team environment and produce results in conjunction with fellow team members. Workeffectively with limited supervision. Requires the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables incomplex situations.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of hands-on janitorial experience. Two (2) years of experience in asupervisory or lead role required. Knowledge of Health Code Regulations. Attention to detail with working knowledge ofenvironmental and hygiene sanitation. Basic computer skills. Self motivated with demonstrated dependability and ability towork efficiently.
Certificates/Licenses
Must maintain a valid Oregon drivers license. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must submit to and pass a drug/alcoholscreening test. Must submit to and pass an Oregon State background investigation. Proven gaming license eligibilitypreferred.
