Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Custodial Services Worker Lead in Williamson, NY to oversee daily cleaning operations while working alongside the team. This is a hands-on janitorial leadership role where you will follow a cleaning route, complete inspections, and ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use. You will help train team members, set daily priorities, and make sure the team has the tools and support needed to get the job done. The work includes typical custodial duties such as floor care, restroom cleaning, and trash removal in an indoor facility environment. This role requires strong attendance, reliability, and the ability to lead by example. The schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, with a rotating weekend day.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
