Job Summary

The Curriculum Office Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the school's faculty and staff to help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of academic programs and campus operations. This role focuses on clerical and logistical support, including preparing instructional materials, managing testing resources, coordinating substitute teacher check-ins, and assisting with various office tasks.

Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Making copies and preparing instructional materials for teachers and staff
  • Organizing, assembling, and distributing testing materials and testing boxes
  • Assisting with school-wide assessment preparation and logistics
  • Greeting, checking in, and providing resources to substitute teachers
  • Maintaining records related to substitute coverage and staff absences
  • Supporting curriculum and academic teams with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining office records and documents
  • Assisting with data entry and basic spreadsheet maintenance
  • Monitoring office supply inventory and preparing supply requests as needed
  • Providing general front office and campus support as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • One year of administrative, clerical, customer service, or school support experience preferred
  • Valid Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one, if required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a school or educational environment
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
