At The Learning Experience, Curriculum Directors lead the implementation of our curriculum to ensure engaging, high-quality learning experiences where “Happy Happens Here.”


Working in partnership with the Center Director, this role supports teachers, maintains program quality, and ensures classrooms consistently deliver developmentally appropriate, brand-aligned instruction.


Key Responsibilities


Curriculum & Instruction


  • Lead implementation of TLE curriculum with consistency and fidelity
  • Support and coach teachers to deliver engaging, high-quality instruction
  • Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for improvement
  • Ensure student assessments are completed accurately and on time
  • Facilitate family conferences and maintain strong academic communication
Teacher Support & Development


  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to teaching staff
  • Lead monthly staff development using TLE curriculum resources
  • Promote strong teacher-child interactions and classroom engagement
Quality & Compliance


  • Ensure classrooms meet all curriculum, licensing, and brand standards
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and learning-focused environment
  • Monitor classroom practices to support student success and consistency
Qualifications


  • Experience in early childhood education and curriculum leadership
  • Strong understanding of child development and instructional practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred
  • Meets state requirements for a Director/Curriculum role
