We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Green Track Curriculum Coordinator to support the delivery of key clinical skills and experiences within the medical education curriculum. This position plays an essential role in coordinating educational activities that prepare future physicians through hands-on learning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and early clinical experiences.
As the primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and administrators, the Green Track Curriculum Coordinator ensures the successful planning, organization, and execution of curriculum activities across these disciplines.
The Green Track consists of longitudinal, horizontally integrated disciplines that span all four years of medical school, including:
- Physical Diagnosis & Procedural Skills
- Patient Interviewing
- Interprofessional Education & Collaborative Practice
- Laboratory Skills Training
- Self-Directed Learning
- Early Hospital Experiences
- Ambulatory Clinical Experiences
- Social Medicine
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and implementation of Green Track educational activities and clinical experiences.
- Serve as the primary administrative contact for students, faculty, staff, and leadership regarding Green Track programming.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Education and Simulation Center, discipline stewards, faculty, curriculum coordinators, component directors, and administrative teams to support curriculum delivery.
- Assist with organizing student learning sessions, simulation activities, and clinical experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and curriculum documentation using institutional systems and technology.
- Support communication, scheduling, and logistical planning across multiple departments and campuses.
- Ensure activities are organized, well-prepared, and executed efficiently while meeting established deadlines.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and provide administrative support for Office of Medical Education initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365. lLearning management systems or curriculum mapping software preferred.
- Experience working in higher education is helpful.
- Familiarity with SimCapture or similar academic or simulation technologies.
