Who We're Looking For

  •  Individuals with personal lines experience 
Preferred Qualifications

  •  Property & Casualty License (preferred but not required) 
  •  Insurance agency experience 
  •  Strong communication skills

  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Desire to grow professionally 
Daily Responsibilities

  •  Assist clients with policy changes and service requests 
  •  Review coverages and identify opportunities to improve protection 
  •  Shop and remarket policies when appropriate 
  •  Process endorsements and policy updates 
  •  Communicate with carrier partners 
  •  Build strong relationships with clients 
  •  Assist with retention efforts 
  •  Support producers and agency growth initiatives
