Responsibilities:

• Lead the team through busy meal periods while maintaining Culver's standards for quality, speed, and hospitality
• Train and support team members during each shift, recognize great work, and and help others grow and succeed
• Set the tone with a positive attitude and lead by example
• Help manage food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Dependable, accountable, and ready to lead
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A genuine smiling personality!
• 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
