Overview:
• Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately
• Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including parking lot and dumpster pad areas
• Put truck order away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out (FIFO) method while monitoring shelf life and code dates
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant (paid training to level of comprehension provided)
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, as requested by General Manager & Owner
