In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard. Culver's Dishwasher, Cleaner, Restaurant & Maintenance Team Member (Part-Time and Full-Time available)

As a Dishwasher at Culver's, you'll help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role includes washing dishes, cleaning the restaurant, removing trash, and assisting with basic maintenance and upkeep.

Overview

• Provide quality maintenance and cleaning for the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and other operational items as needed
• Remove trash throughout the restaurant
• Support equipment upkeep by cleaning and reporting maintenance concerns

Schedule

• Typical shift: 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, or 7:00 AM start time
• Standard shift ends around 11:00 AM
• Opportunity to work until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM one or two days per week
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Enjoys performing routine tasks and maintaining high standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
