Job Title: Culture Administrative Training Specialist 

Location: Goodwill North Central Texas --- 4005 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 

Salary: Based on Experience 

Work Hours: FT (40 Hours Week), Monday through Friday; evenings and weekends as needed.

General Job Duties: Assist with Test Center operations, reception area coverage and Kiosk backup. Provide administrative support to members of Workforce Development, and any other administrative duties as assigned. Oversee mail delivery, swag requests, and supply distribution. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and overseeing workroom storage and archives. Oversee printer maintenance and replenish copy room supplies. Organize and schedule bulk shredding days. Assist with Staff and Organizational Development (SOD) preparation, including purchasing supplies, organizing room, and coordinating guest speaker reservations. Collaborate with Culture and Training Team on brainstorming innovative ideas for increasing culture and training for Workforce Development. Assist with updating new hire onboarding, including preparing new hire documents and updating training documents and videos for WFD. Additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Minimum Qualifications:   One year secretarial/administrative support experience required. Some college preferred. Experienced with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel; familiar with the Internet and Microsoft Outlook (email). Must have excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent math, spelling, and grammar skills. Clear oral and written communication skills. Experience in office and administrative procedures and use of normal office machines. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently. Strong experience in office procedures and use of normal office machines. Ability to learn quickly is necessary. 

Physical Requirements: Office environment, mobile, ability to sit for prolonged periods of time, and able to lift 10-15 lbs. periodically.  

Legal Requirements: Documentation to meet I-9 requirements, drug screen, and background check as well as meet staff qualifications set by Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitation Services.
