Position Summary/Objective
Cultivation Technicians are responsible forassisting the managers in the day-to-day functions of the cultivation production areas, including the propagation, cultivation, and harvest of cannabis plants. Successful Cultivation Technicians are energetic, detail-oriented, operational team players with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude. By closely following the training and guidance from the Management Team, Cultivation Technicians take the daily actions that result in the success of our crops and the quality of our product. Additionally, minimizing miscommunications and taking seriously the concerns of other cultivation team members ensures a safe and responsible workplace.
We are seeking a passionate, driven, detail-oriented and collaborative Cultivation Technician to support the company's cultivation activities. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt to our business model and is a collaborative team player but also a self-starter.Previous cannabis cultivation experience is not required. Role reports to the Cultivation Manager.
