Job Title: Cultivation Propagation Technician | Reports to: Cultivation Management | Location: Homestead, FL 33030
Key Responsibilities:
Perform cloning, seeding, and transplanting tasks as per the provided SOPs.
Monitor and adjust environmental factors (e.g., temperature, humidity, and light) to optimize plant propagation.
Regularly inspect plants for pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
Ensure plants are tracked and organized by their tag, phenotype etc.
Maintain accurate records of plant performance, propagation rates, and environmental conditions.
Provide reports and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and success rates.
Ensure all propagation equipment and work areas are clean, sanitized, and organized.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hygiene and pest prevention.
Work closely with cultivation managers and other team members to meet production goals.
Assist in training new team members on propagation techniques and protocols.
Follow all company policies, state regulations, and safety guidelines, especially when handling chemicals or performing tasks that involve equipment.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job (sit, stand, kneel, bend, etc.) for extended periods of time.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
