We are seeking a motivated Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
- Supervise kitchen team during prep and service for smooth workflow
- Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating per recipes and presentation standards
- Support production planning and station organization
- Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Train and onboard new team members
- Maintain organization of workstations and storage
- Assist with inventory management and minimizing waste
- Communicate effectively with team for seamless service
Qualifications include 2+ years of kitchen experience, leadership skills preferred, knowledge of kitchen operations, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training is a plus but not required.
