We are seeking a motivated Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to standards.

  • Supervise kitchen team during prep and service for smooth workflow
  • Assist with food prep, cooking, and plating per recipes and presentation standards
  • Support production planning and station organization
  • Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • Train and onboard new team members
  • Maintain organization of workstations and storage
  • Assist with inventory management and minimizing waste
  • Communicate effectively with team for seamless service

  • Qualifications include 2+ years of kitchen experience, leadership skills preferred, knowledge of kitchen operations, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Culinary training is a plus but not required.
