The Culinary Supervisor oversees daily kitchen operations, reporting to the Concessions Chef, and ensures food quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following opening, closing, and food prep procedures as directed
  • Leading a team with respect and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Conducting uniform checks and maintaining kitchen standards
  • Ensuring food preparation complies with portion, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintaining HACCP and sanitation standards, including cleaning and equipment safety
  • Properly storing food items and participating in inventory management
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service
  • Adhering to uniform, grooming, safety policies, and working extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
