The Culinary Supervisor oversees daily kitchen operations, reporting to the Concessions Chef, and ensures food quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Following opening, closing, and food prep procedures as directed
- Leading a team with respect and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Conducting uniform checks and maintaining kitchen standards
- Ensuring food preparation complies with portion, quality, and safety standards
- Maintaining HACCP and sanitation standards, including cleaning and equipment safety
- Properly storing food items and participating in inventory management
- Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service
- Adhering to uniform, grooming, safety policies, and working extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications include culinary training or experience in a high-volume setting, food safety certification, strong multitasking skills, physical ability to lift and stand for long periods, and availability for all events. Legends Global is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
