- Help make our community a true home for residents where they can eat what they want – when they want.
- Embrace your creativity by hosting fantastic social events for our customers!
- Mentor, coach, and train dining staff to provide an incredible dining experience.
- Be an exceptional leader – lead by example and get in the trenches when it’s required.
- Cooking & preparing meals at least 4 days/week.
- A great driving record – since you’ll be driving our company car.
- Live our values - be professional, show commitment, integrity, and compassion to both residents and your coworkers.
- Be willing to learn and be coached by our experienced leaders.
