Starting Wage: $18.51 per hour + shift differentials
Schedule: Part‑time, 60 hours per pay period
Location: Lakeview Health Center & Assisted Living (La Crosse County)
Join our Culinary Services team and help prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents in a supportive, person‑centered care environment. You’ll assist with food prep, serving, dishwashing, sanitizing work areas, and safe food handling.
Prepare, portion, and serve meals
Follow diet cards and special diet instructions
Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
Wash dishes (dishwasher or 3‑compartment sink)
Store and label food and supplies
Follow safety and infection‑control procedures
Support resident rights and person‑centered care
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic food prep and sanitation skills
Ability to work efficiently and maintain cleanliness
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to pass a background check (Wisconsin Caregiver Law)
Standing for long periods, moving throughout kitchen and facility, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing/pulling carts, and working in hot, cold, and humid environments.
