Responsible for production of all culinary food prep. - - Accountable for following recipe guidelines and specs to ensure Culinary Food Prep consistency and quality
- - Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and organization
- - Maintain food levels that are consistent with business volume and needs
- - Accountable for kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation
- - Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience
- - Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary
- - 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full- service food environment preferred but not required.
- - Cannot be convicted of a felony.
- - Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet.
- - Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
- - Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- - Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
- - Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- - Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work.
- - Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.
- - Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.

- - Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift
