    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Culinary Ops Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary department by providing comprehensive administrative support. The Culinary Ops Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, scheduling, and event coordination. The individual in this role will be required to work professionally and collaboratively with customers, visitors, and employees at all times. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

    Job Responsibilities

    Organize culinary department schedules and coordinate culinary events.

    Maintain accurate records, documentation, Time and Temperature Logs.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Communicate effectively with chefs, kitchen staff, and external vendors.

    Assist with inventory management, supply orders, and receiving product.

    Create Purchase Orders (POs) and receive orders; process all invoices and compare POs vs. invoices for all orders.

    Print and post all POs on a daily basis; time-stamp Sysco invoices upon receiving.

    Provide administrative support for menu documentation.

    Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

    Assist in budget management and financial tracking.

    Update Pre-Closing Activity (PCA) reports quarterly.

    Actively attend and support BEO (Banquet Event Order) meetings.

    Maintain Safe Brief Sign-Ins for daily meetings.

    Maintain the Receiving Log for Premium Culinary.

    Maintain and print all Suites Distribution paperwork pre- and post-game.

    Send daily reminders via email, phone, and radio for all time-sensitive orders and cut-offs.

    Enter count sheets into Yellow Dog inventory system.

    Enter schedules in Kronos (primary) and ReadyOn.

    Manage temp sign-in and sign-out; receive and distribute temps on game day.

    Qualifications

    Bilingual preferred but not required

    Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the culinary or hospitality industry.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

    Experience with inventory management and ordering systems (Yellow Dog preferred).

    Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as ABI and ReadyOn.

    Knowledge of culinary operations, terminology, and health & safety regulations.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

    Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms as required
