The Culinary Assurance Supervisor is a key leader responsible for food safety, quality, and culinary standards in a fast-paced production environment, working 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
They collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, develop corrective actions, and implement food safety programs like HACCP and GMPs.
Supervising and mentoring Q&FS teams, they support ongoing training, conduct inspections, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to foster a strong food safety culture.
Ideal candidates have 3-4 years management experience in food manufacturing or related fields, with knowledge of food safety principles, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and strong leadership skills. Bilingual abilities and USDA experience are a plus.
This role requires adaptability, a positive attitude, effective communication, and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in variable environments. A degree is preferred.
