Job Summary:

Under general supervision, performs routine diagnostic procedures and may have individual responsibility for training and leading the work of other employees, with the knowledge, intensity and responsibilities as specified on the attached Job Description/Performance Review. To identify each patients requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs. Willingly performs other duties as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

AAS in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, NYS license/registration or eligible and ARRT (or must obtain within one year of appointment), current CPR certification, and registration certification for Contrast Injection (or must obtain within 3 months of appointment) and one year experience as a radiologic technologist required.

  • Candidates who possess an A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, NYS license or eligible, and no experience will be considered for appointment to an entry-level (SL1) position.
  • Registration certificate for contrast injection preferred (required within 3 months of appointment date).

Preferred Qualifications:

Work Days: 3p-11:30p M-F Rotating weekends and Holidays
