Job Title: CT Technologist

Location: Columbus, OH
Position Type: Contract (Onsite)
Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Duration: 90 Days
Pay Rate: $58.97/hour


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join the Radiology Department on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures using computerized tomography equipment while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accuracy of results.


Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to obtain diagnostic images of patients’ internal organs and tissues.
  • Properly position patients to ensure accurate imaging of the targeted body area.
  • Perform regular equipment warm-up and maintenance routines to extend the life of X-ray tubes.
  • Sterilize and maintain radiologic equipment to ensure a safe environment.
  • Review and interpret physicians’ imaging instructions accurately.
  • Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal structures.
  • Evaluate CT scans to ensure technical quality and diagnostic usefulness.
  • Clearly explain procedures and provide reassurance and support to patients throughout the process.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a CT Technologist.

License/Certification:
  • ARRT (CT) certification required.
  • Active state license in Ohio (if applicable).
  • BLS certification required.


Skills: Strong attention to detail, patient care, and technical proficiency with CT imaging equipment.
