This CT Tech position is based in Gainesville, FL at a 523-bed acute care medical and surgical hospital that holds Joint Commission accreditation, Comprehensive Stroke Center certification, ACC Chest Pain Center accreditation, and Blue Distinction Center designations for Spine Surgery and Bariatric Surgery. The facility provides a broad scope of services including cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, robotic and minimally invasive surgery, and women's health.

The role. Working under the direction of a Radiologist, the CT Tech independently performs radiological and CT scan procedures across a full patient population ranging from neonates to geriatric patients. This position requires the application of ionizing radiation with independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative — rather than step-by-step supervision. The technologist assumes ownership of designated procedural areas and is expected to bring a high standard of technical quality to every examination performed.

What we're looking for.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist license required
  • ARRT registration in Radiography (R) and CT registry preferred
  • Minimum one year of CT experience required; acute care experience is not required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Schedule. This is a rotating schedule with shift options including evenings (11a–11p, Friday–Sunday), days over 10 hours on weekends only, and nights over 10 hours on rotating weekends.

Compensation. $29.56 - $36.95/hr plus Sign on: $25k Relocation Assistance: Case by Case
