Pay: $32.62/hr - $46.25/hr (Based on Experience)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Supervisor – CT Scan for an exciting Local job in Fort Pierce, FL.
Responsibilities
Provide operational and clinical leadership for the CT department with 24/7 oversight responsibilities.
Supervise, mentor, and support CT technologists to ensure quality patient care and imaging services.
Manage department staffing, scheduling, productivity, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards.
Oversee quality assurance initiatives and maintain high standards for imaging procedures.
Manage departmental budgets, supplies, and equipment utilization.
Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and hospital leadership to achieve departmental objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Support employee development through training, coaching, and performance management.
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Registered Radiologic Technologist – ARRT (R).
Active Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer (RT) credential.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
Minimum 3 years of CT imaging experience.
Minimum 1 year of CT leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience managing CT department operations.
Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
Experience with quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance programs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
