CSV Customer Service Representative III

The Science Team at Pride Health is hiring a "Customer Service Representative III" for a top materials science company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, pricing, shipping, inventory, and complaints.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve order, billing, shipping, and product-related issues.
• Create and manage internal tickets and track issue resolution.
• Monitor pricing changes, order reports, and customer communications.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings, process improvement projects, and team training as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of customer service, sales, or client support experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with customer order management and cross-functional collaboration preferred.

Additional Information:

• Location: Indianapolis, IN (4 days onsite)
• Duration: 12 months contract
• Pay: $21-$22/hour on W2 (DOE)
