This is a full-time position.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with occasional overtime.
Memphis, TN 38109
Starting pay is $18.50/hour.
Customer Service Representative: This position provides product/services information and resolves any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Required abilities, job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services through phone calls and/or emails.
- Email Etiquette: Should be analytical, customer service-oriented, and able to effectively communicate with customers effectively.
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret data and business documents
- Order management: Creating orders, managing customer accounts, and processing orders
- Warehouse coordination: Working with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time, and to coordinate shipping.
- Data entry: Entering and managing customer information in a warehouse management system and operating systems.
- Inventory reconciliation: Reconciling inventory and reporting discrepancies to management
- Shipping and receiving: Processing and monitoring shipping and receiving documentation and transactions: Posting orders.
- Communication: Communicating with customers and co-workers in a professional manner
- Compliance: Complying with company policies and procedures
- Housekeeping: Keep desk areas clean from trash and debris. Clean any spills or leakages
- Able to arrive to work on time.
- If you happen to go to the warehouse floor, steel toes shoes are always worn on the warehouse floor. (OSHA standards)
