The CSR provides exceptional customer service by managing customer and insurance relationships and supporting administrative tasks within the repair facility.
Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, obtaining repair authorizations, preparing work packets, documenting communications, and managing rental and repair systems.
Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience (preferably in auto body), strong multitasking and communication skills, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license.
