Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, track, and maintain precise inventory records to support seamless operations.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances promptly, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse staff on receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping activities to meet operational goals.
• Respond professionally to internal and external customer inquiries regarding inventory status and order updates.
• Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and conduct cycle counts to uphold stock accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and perform data entry within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with inventory audits and reconciliations to support warehouse accountability.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, logistics teams, and customers to ensure smooth workflows.
