Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Schedule service appointments
- Assist customers with memberships and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in office setting or customer service experience required
- Preferred experience in skilled trades or home services companies
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
- Experience in home services or trades industry preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
