Description
Summary: The Customer Service Representative reports to the Store Manager and assists with store operations, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and cash control.
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
- Follow cash handling policies accurately.
- Restock store items as directed or needed.
- Upsell to every customer regardless of purchase.
- Assist with serving customers and training new CSR's.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Submit grocery orders for approval.
- Create attractive product displays and review build-to plans.
- Offer feedback on fast food service area.
- Complete reports, process applications, and follow vendor procedures.
- Adhere to policies, prepare shift reports, and inspect store safety and cleanliness.
- Handle price and promotional updates, report incidents or maintenance needs.
- Participate in additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Positive attitude, team player, well-organized, flexible schedule.
- Ability to work all shifts and possibly over 40 hours per week.
