Description

Summary: The Customer Service Representative reports to the Store Manager and assists with store operations, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and cash control.

  • Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
  • Follow cash handling policies accurately.
  • Restock store items as directed or needed.
  • Upsell to every customer regardless of purchase.
  • Assist with serving customers and training new CSR's.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
  • Submit grocery orders for approval.
  • Create attractive product displays and review build-to plans.
  • Offer feedback on fast food service area.
  • Complete reports, process applications, and follow vendor procedures.
  • Adhere to policies, prepare shift reports, and inspect store safety and cleanliness.
  • Handle price and promotional updates, report incidents or maintenance needs.
  • Participate in additional tasks as needed.

  • Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong customer service and computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality.
  • Positive attitude, team player, well-organized, flexible schedule.
  • Ability to work all shifts and possibly over 40 hours per week.
