The Customer Service Representative reports to the Store Manager and assists with store operations, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and cash control.
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions
- Follow cash handling policies strictly
- Restock store items as directed
- Engage in selling to every customer
- Assist in training new CSR's
- Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously
- Submit grocery orders for approval
- Create attractive product displays and review build-to's
- Provide feedback on food service area
- Complete reports and handle vendor procedures
- Adhere to company policies, prepare shift reports
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Implement price and promotional changes
- Report safety incidents and maintenance needs
- Participate in additional tasks as needed
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, outstanding customer service, reliable transportation, positive attitude, basic computer skills, organization, and flexibility to work varied shifts, potentially exceeding 40 hours weekly.
