Provide services and support as a C&SCM Business Process Engineer [Comprehensive Procedural Support For Savannah River Nuclear Solution's (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)] in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector focussing on CM | Compliance Solutions for clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS | C&SCM) | SRNS Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Generally Located In Aiken, SC and across the South Eastern USA Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

C&SCM Business Process Engineer Designs and optimizes procurement and supply chain processes, develops SOPs, integrates cross-functional workflows, and drives efficiency improvements. The C&SCM Business Process Engineer Designs integrated procedures and cross-functional workflows that simplify C&SCM execution and strengthen compliance.

Purpose: Design the future-state operating model

Foundation for Deliverables: Core engine for Deliverable #2 - Comprehensive Set of Procedures: A full suite of procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management, including:- Detailed process maps; Standard operating procedures (SOPs); Associated forms and templates; Handbooks and guides for easy reference; Terms and conditions documents; Diagrams and flowcharts for visual representation of procedures; Any other supporting documentation required to ensure thorough understanding and efficient implementation.

  • Workflow standardization and simplification
  • Integration across all C&SCM domains for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support [Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders
  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
  • Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
  • Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
  • Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness

Map current-state and future-state processes; develop SOP architecture; harmonize interdepartmental procedure interfaces; simplify procedures for user comprehension; define process controls, handoffs, roles, inputs, outputs, and decision points; support publication-ready procedure development.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For C&SCM Business Process Engineer | Process Engineering, Procedure Development & Cross-Functional Integration [SRNS0012012] Candidates:

7+ years business process improvement, process engineering, operational transformation, SOP development, or management consulting experience; experience with procurement, supply chain, contracts, or regulated operations preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business, operations, supply chain, public administration, or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, BPM, CBAP, or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years business process improvement, process engineering, operational transformation, SOP development, or management consulting experience; experience with procurement, supply chain, contracts, or regulated operations preferred.
  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector and C&SCM Business Process Engineer Candidates principally support Process Engineering, Procedure Development & Cross-Functional Integration Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.
