Job Summary and QualificationsThe Pharmaceutical Handler ensures all product that enters or leaves the pharmacy does so in an organized, timely, and efficient manner and under proper storage and labeling conditions. The Pharmaceutical Handler leads all shipping and receiving activities. The Pharmaceutical Handler supervises daily operations to ensure deadlines are adhered to and all product is shipped in accordance with warehouse schedule and pharmacy policies and procedures. The Pharmaceutical Handler handles Receiving Lead functions, including making sure all product is received appropriately and put away in a timely fashion.What you will do in this role:You will ensure proper packaging, labeling, and staging of facility ordersYou will coordinate and run daily WMS operationsYou will process, pick, pack, and stage all customer orders when neededYou will check in weekly order and supervise the put away processYou will be responsible for the let-down process to ensure sufficient quantities of product are in the pick locationYou will advise inventory analyst of out-of-stock or short dated items upon discovery and rotate stock as necessaryYou will maintain distribution pull list filesYou will conduct routine cycle counts upon requestYou will perform physical inventory counts during semi-annual inventoryWhat Qualifications you will need: High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnician certification preferred within 2 years of hireExperience operating a fork lift vehicle and motorized pallet jack preferredPerforming basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconciliation of figures required1 year Distribution Clerk experience requiredSMART and WMS experience preferredValid State Driver's License preferred Benefits HealthTrust Supply Chain, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
