To support Career Skills 2 Work's mission of expanding access to workforce development opportunities, career readiness training, and supportive community resources for civilians, Veterans, transitioning service members, students, and career seekers throughout Houston and Harris County. By assisting with the development and strengthening of outreach systems, workforce partnerships, and referral pathways, the VISTA member will help increase organizational capacity to connect individuals with education, hands-on training, internships, apprenticeships, and sustainable employment opportunities.
