As a leadership position, this role requires a flexible schedule to meet the demands of a global 24/7 operation. The standard workweek is Monday through Friday; however, candidates must be prepared to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as business needs dictate.

Job Description
The CRYOPDP Director of Business Development will lead strategic growth initiatives for CRYOPDP, a temperature-controlled logistics company specializing in cold chain transportation, warehousing, and distribution. This role is responsible for expanding market share, developing high-value client partnerships, and delivering compliant, end-to-end cold chain solutions that meet stringent regulatory and quality requirements.
In addition, this role will directly manage and develop a small team of business development and sales professionals, driving performance and supporting pipeline growth.
