YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the CrossFit Coach, you will provide coaching and training in a safe environment using the CrossFit methodologies.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively.
• Greet clients upon entering and throughout class.
• Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance.
• Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.
• Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements.
• Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement.
• Scale for any ability level.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

• 3 years CrossFit experience preferred.

Licenses/Certificates

• CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
