Responsibilities:
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims.
  • Coordinate between the dental team and insurance providers for seamless communication.
  • Manage patient accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collections.
  • Educate patients on their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental insurance policies and regulations.
  • Support front desk operations as needed, including appointment scheduling.
  • Help the clincial team when needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of dental office experience
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in dental software, Dentrix
  • Positive attitude and a passion for patient care.
  • X-ray Certified
