The role involves managing diverse case mixes across all locations with weekend backup call responsibilities for MD coverage. Call schedule operates on a 1:10 to 1:14 rotation basis depending on PTO requirements, with weekend shifts primarily focused on epidural and OB coverage where the CRNA serves as backup to the primary MD.
