Job Details:

• 4:1 supervision model
• 
  
• Floating between three facilities: main hospital, satellite hospital, and ambulatory center
• 
  
• Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week
• 
  
• Flexible scheduling with 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
• 
  
• Primarily day shifts with occasional night coverage
• 
  
• Availability required for one weekend shift per month
• 
  
• All cases except transplants including hearts, lung, healthy pediatrics dental/ENT, OB, ortho, GI, ENT
• 
  
• CRNA performs own epidurals and spinals - no blocks
• 
  
• Level 2 trauma experience required
• 
  
• OB and thoracic experience required
• 
  
• Pediatric experience preferred
• 
  
• Must be proficient with spinal and epidural placement and management
• 
  
• Minimum 2 years experience required
• 
  
• Schedule determined 8 weeks in advance
• 
  
• One call shift per 8-week schedule
• 
  
• Must be available for one holiday shift
• 
  
• Must obtain AHA certifications
