JOB SUMMARY

SEU Creative seeks a detail-oriented CRM & Partner Marketing Specialist to support the growing needs of SEU Network partner campuses across the country. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing SEU's CRM for over 200 partner locations, ensuring effective communication strategies that support enrollment and engagement goals. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and people-focused, with the ability to translate partner needs into actionable CRM communication and data strategies.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Digital Marketing Director

Supervisory Responsibility: N/A

Indirect Supervisory Responsibility: N/A

ESSENTIAL DUTIES - May include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Meet with partner campuses to understand enrollment goals and communication needs.
  • Build and manage audience segments within Element451.
  • Develop and implement email and SMS communication flows.
  • Ensure proper setup of communication journeys.
  • Perform data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage list imports and data organization within Element451.
  • Maintain proper tagging and segmentation.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.

ADDITIONAL/NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES

All remaining duties are considered "nonessential" within the context of the ADA, which means that the function could be reassigned to another employee in order to allow a disabled individual to hold the position. EDUCATION

Required Education:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Preferred Education:

Master's in Marketing, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or related field.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

Required:

2-4 years of experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9-5pm with occasional evenings and weekends based on project deadlines and events.

TRAINING

All new hires and employees transferring into a new position will have a 90-day probationary period within which to learn the functions of the job and to be evaluated. Following the probationary period, the employee can transition to regular status, have the probationary period extended in order to receive more training, or employment can be terminated. SCREENING

All full-time positions at SEU are deemed security-sensitive and require background checks. Employees required to drive their own personal vehicle, a rental car or an SEU vehicle in performance of their duties must pass an MVR records check and meet the requirements of the University's insurance carrier in order to meet the requirements of the position.
