- Experience with CRM platforms (we use proprietary software)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Comfortable learning multiple systems
- Basic understanding of email marketing and automation tools
- Able to carefully follow processes in a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and assign incoming web leads
- Support brokers with CRM updates and system questions
- Answer incoming calls (client login help, routing, basic troubleshooting)
- Monitor shared inboxes and route requests appropriately
- Send approved offerings and communications
- Track new accounts and pending documents
- Update website (WordPress)
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
- Enter new bonds/CUSIPs into internal systems
- Help keep internal reports and spreadsheets accurate
