QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM platforms (we use  proprietary software)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Comfortable learning multiple systems
  • Basic understanding of email marketing and automation tools
  • Able to carefully follow processes in a regulated environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor and assign incoming web leads 
  • Support brokers with CRM updates and system questions 
  • Answer incoming calls (client login help, routing, basic troubleshooting) 
  • Monitor shared inboxes and route requests appropriately
  • Send approved offerings and communications
  • Track new accounts and pending documents
  • Update website (WordPress)
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp)
  • Enter new bonds/CUSIPs into internal systems
  • Help keep internal reports and spreadsheets accurate
  • You’ll work in Outlook, Excel, Teams, our proprietary systems, and marketing tools.
